Individual Plaque Order Information

We will need the following information

CHOOSE STYLE: Choose from our examples or ask for something different. More than any other award, individual award plaques are customized to capture the spirit of the event, individual, occasion or award. For that reason most of our individual award plaques are customized for the specific situation. We want them to look good for you.
INDIVIDUAL PHOTO: Individual photos are an option - Email, CD, or photograph. We can return photos to you. We can accept most formats.
COLORS: - Your choice. Just let us know what your preferred color combinations are.
MASCOT: Specify or send a copy of your mascot. Stock mascots are available.
SELECT SIZE: Most plaque styles come in the following sizes: 6"x8", 7"x9", 8"x10", 9"x12", 10.5"x13", 12"x15"
DATE NEEDED: Let us know if you need your plaques in hand by a certain date. We do our best to get your plaques to you when you need them.
DETAIL: As you desire, send us the names, accomplishments, records, messages, special photos, etc. that you may want incorporated into your award. Our designers will produce a unique and beautiful award.

We will produce a draft version of your award plaque which will be emailed to you. You may make any changes you wish. We continue to send drafts until you have the exact layout you desire. For special types like Hall of Fame plaques, we will prepare an actual sample for you.
